Refund Policy
At KHITAB FASHION AND CLOTHES DESIGNING SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C., customer satisfaction is important to us. We do not generally offer refunds unless a product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once we confirm the issue, we will take the necessary steps to provide a replacement or offer a refund. Please retain all original packaging, and we may request photos of the damaged item as part of the assessment.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Refunds are available only for damaged or defective items.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
